According to a new regulation on privacy protection (GDPR) and correct use of your personal information in Europe – we inform you:
- We work with the information that you provide in order to be able to provide the service requested and send you the information that might be of interest to you, in the case that you give consent to this. In this case, you have authorized Etsy to provide me your information such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information and details about the product that you are ordering.
- For managing your information there are two persons in our company: Irena and Mihael Pavli. Your information will not be given to any third parties outside this company. Information sharing and disclosure is just with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Us
- How long do we keep hold on this information? The personal information given to us is held all the while the service is being provided and/or during the time that they are needed for legal responsibility. We generally keep your data for the following time period: 4 years.
- You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.
- You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Absent exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon request.
