Do I need to message before ordering?
Highly recommended to confirm all details. You may also send image references such as poses, colors, styles, or ideas. If you don’t have a character design yet, no worries we can discuss and create it together ♡
Can I use my original character to make a vtuber model?
Absolutely! You can do that. I'll make your original character to vtuber model! ;)
Can I request revisions?
Yap unlimited revisions are available during the sketch stage. After the sketch is approved, revisions are limited to color changes only.
Major revisions include outfit, face, or pose changes, as well as adding new elements such as accessories, pets, weapons, tails, wings, or other toggles, and may require an additional fee
Can I cancel or get a refund?
After I get your order, cancellations or refunds are not available once work has started
Can I resell or share the files?
No. Reselling, tracing, or claiming the work as your own is not allowed
What if there's a problem with the file after delivery?
No worries, just hit me! I'll work at the revision that you want :3
Do you accept another commissions that not on your listings?
Yup! I’m open to custom work beyond vtuber/pngtuber. Feel free to message me ♡
Do you offer milestone or partial payments?
Yass, milestone payments are available! We can split the payment into stages to make it more comfortable for you. Just send me a message, and I’ll set up a custom listing for your payment plan ♡

Depends on the listing. Usually 7–30 days, based on complexity and queue
