Warranty
We offer a one year warranty Please note any alterations to the sign will void the warranty and the customer will be responsible for care costs. Solar panels do not come with a warranty as by nature ALL solar panels have a limited life. (on average 6 months to 2 years) Our signs are designed so that the solar panel is very simple to replace and we offer replacements in our shop.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail, stolen from your property or delivered to the wrong address. Should any of these occur it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact UPS and or file a police report. All of our packages are shipped with UPS tracking that will be supplied upon request.
Solar Panel Care
Solar Panel: Solar panels Need to be cleaned on a regular basis. build up of ground water and dirt will effect their durability. A solution of white vinegar and baking soda once a month will work. We also suggest to use a light coating of cooking oil or wd40 on your panel. Rub in very well. It will form a barrier making cleaning much easier. Just a quick wipe with window cleaner solution and the panel is clean. Then repeat the oil procedure until the next cleaning (every few weeks)
Solar panels have a limited life from 6 months to 2 years depending on many conditions. If you need a new panel we do sell them on our site for $25.
