These items are all handmade that I have personally made. If you see an item and wish to have it in a specific color, style, or size let me know. If there is a design that you come up with let me know and I can create it for you.

Orders are shipped within 1 week - 2 weeks, but depending on orders it may take up to 4 weeks, but I will do my best to get your order to you out as soon as possible.. Please message me if you need an item sooner, and I will let you know if I am able to process quicker for you.

Shipping
Items within the United States are shipped through USPS via First Class Mail with delivery confirmation. Unless otherwise noted, items will be shipped within 1-4 weekss of receiving cleared payment. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include Weekends or Holidays. Insurance is not included in the shipping price listed.

I am happy to ship outside of the United States. Packages are shipped through USPS, via First Class Mail. Delivery confirmation and tracking is not available on some international orders. Please be aware that customs policies vary from country to country. I have no control over extra fees that may be charged such as import taxes or other customs fees. These said fees are the responsibility of the recipient, as I have no way of predicting what these fees may be. Additional customs clearance procedures may be required causing additional delivery delays beyond my control. Although unlikely, there is the possibility for packages to be held up in customs for long periods of time, sometimes as long as 6-8 weeks. Therefore, refunds or replacements on lost international packages will not be issued until the package has been missing for 8 weeks after the shipment date.

Items will be packaged securely however, if you do not receive your package or, it is received damaged please contact me as soon as possible. I will be glad to exchange your item for a like item of equal price.
Refunds and Exchanges
I try my best to represent my product with excellent pictures and descriptions. Lighting, computer monitors, and yarn dye lots can have an effect on color tones.

If, however, you are unhappy with your order please contact me so we can work something out. I'm happy once my customers are happy.

Arrangements to exchange an item must be made within one week of the customer receiving their order.

No Refunds will be issued but a replacement item will be made in replace of the item you are not happy with upon receipt of the item is returned in same condition.

In the event of exchange the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs

If item arrives damaged or the order is incorrect please contact me so we can resolve the situation.
