Be Unique! Wear VINTAGE!

Vintage clothing is unique, fun, and many of the pieces are rare and one of a kind.
You can create your own special look! We believe that Vintage Clothing should not be limited to wearing as a costume. It is a great way to be "Green" and an opportunity to be creative and stylish. Vintage clothing and accessories can also be worn with your modern clothing!
The items that we select and pick come from estate sales, auctions, and auction houses. We spend a good deal of time traveling out of state to find many of these items as well. As we do not like to sell anything that is dirty or in disrepair, we make a point of cleaning, repairing and restoring the items to get them ready for you, the customer. Shop prices reflect the time that we spend acquiring/purchasing the pieces, doing repairs, alterations and cleaning. We list any flaws or imperfections. Please understand the nature of vintage items and have reasonable expectations.
If you are looking for something specific, let us know.. and we will gladly look through our collection, or put it on our shopping list. We enjoy the hunt, and consider it more play than work!

To have the best possible shopping experience, buyers are encouraged to ask questions, review photos and shop policies prior to purchase. Feel free to message here, and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days. Vintage items are rarely perfect, even New Old Stock. These items are NOT like new items that you would purchase at the mall. Please note these are True Vintage pieces therefore they will have some normal wear, light fading from years of washing, and so on. Please do not expect a brand new item in perfect condition. We disclose any issues that we find when examining these pieces. If the item is need of repairs or has a repair, it will be noted in the listing description.

We do have TWO cute kitties on the premises.We do not allow them in our work area, but sometimes they visit us. Items are shipped from our smoke free home, but we can not guarantee that the place that they came from previously was smoke or allergen free. Washable items are laundered then are treated with Febreze before shipping.Every effort is made to present clean, fresh smelling items. This does NOT guarantee that these old odors won't reoccur. Items that are not hand washable are treated with fabric refresher. Dry Cleaning is generally left to the discretion of the buyer. If any of this may be of concern to you, you may not wish to purchase vintage items.

Please make certain that your address and information is current and correct on Pay Pal. If it is not, please update before paying. It's the buyer's responsibility to have the correct Pay Pal address to ensure delivery Thank you.

US BUYERS:
You may pay with Etsy Direct Checkout, Etsy Gift Cards, Pay Pal, E checks,
Personal Checks, and USPS Money Orders.
E checks and Personal Checks take anywhere from 3-8 days to clear.
We will ship your item after the payment clears, and send you a shipping notification.

MONEY ORDERS: (Please read)
We can only accept Money Orders from USPS. (United States Postal Service)
You can purchase one at your local Post Office.
If you wish to pay by this method, please contact us first to make your request
Customer must remit money order within 7 days of sale. We will ship your order after the money order clears our bank. If money order is not received within this time frame, the order will be cancelled and the item will be relisted.

PERSONAL CHECKS (Please read)
If you wish to pay by this method, you must contact us first to make your request.
Order will be shipped after check clears the bank.
Checks must be received within 7 days of sale. No Exceptions.
If check is not sent within this time frame, the order will be cancelled.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

Please be aware that you will be responsible for any taxes, customs fees, or other amounts levied by your home country. Please check with your Customs Office and/or Postal Service if you are concerned about possible tariffs.

THIS IS ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT FOR UK BUYERS!
The Royal Mail is reportedly being much more vigilant in collecting VAT on purchases made through the mail. You should be prepared for the possibility of paying VAT plus a Royal Mail fee upon receipt.
Shipping
We ship by USPS and charge postal rates, plus a small fee for bubble wrap and packaging. We will ship Internationally. If your country is not listed, please contact us for a shipping quote! International buyers must pay VAT fees. Please note that it is illegal to ask us to fraudulently mark Customs Forms as a Gift as the items in our shop are Merchandise Sold. International Customers need to be familiar with their country's Customs Charges. As stated, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay their country's imposed taxes to receive imported goods. Thanks so much.

We generally ship once a week on Mondays unless other arrangements are made and you need your order sooner. We are glad to accommodate special orders. If there is a holiday, we ship out the following business day. We will provide you with a tracking number and a shipping notification so that you can track your package.

If your delivery needs to be quick, reliable, and insurable, YOU MUST CHOOSE PRIORITY or EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL shipping. From our experience, buyers from Spain, Italy, Australia, South America, and the NETHERLANDS should allow a bit more time for delivery.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are offered on a case by case basis. Our goal is to make every transaction a happy one! We respectfully request that you CONTACT THE SHOP first, before leaving a neutral or negative review. Please allow us the opportunity resolve any issues that you may have. We will be happy to help you. Please have reasonable expectations of vintage items. Please note that we can not accept returns for Color or Poor Fit. We take great care to provide you with accurate measurements and descriptions. Colors can vary from monitor to monitor. We can make recommendations and assist you to assure a good fit.

Refunds will be issued if the item has been misrepresented in error, lost in transit, or damaged in transit. If your item is damaged in transit please inform by convo and email photos of the damage. Refunds will NOT be issued if the item is damaged by the customer.

If a refund has been granted and the item must be returned, the buyer must contact us within 3 days of receipt of the item(s). The item needs to be returned within 7 days in the same condition that it was shipped to you. Shop Tags must be present and untampered with. The Buyer must pay for return shipping. Thank you✩

✩INTERNATIONAL BUYERS✩:
Items are shipped promptly after payment is received.
Please allow 6 to 8 weeks to receive your items before requesting a refund.
Items often get delayed in customs particularly around Christmas.
Most items are delivered before this time frame but there are occasions of delay.
After packages leave The US, they are not usually scanned again.

Sizing details

Sizes have changed many, many times over the last 50+ years. We list items as Small, Medium, etc. and provide measurements. Measurements listed are of the garment, NOT of the person who will wear it. Please pay close attention to measurements - do not rely on tag size as pre-worn items may have been altered, stretched or shrunk & vintage sizes do not directly translate to modern sizes.
Please allow room for comfort and ease of movement.

Care instructions

Washable items should be hand washed in a gentle soap such as Woolite or Baby Detergent and hung to dry. We can not recommend using a washer and dryer due to the delicate nature of vintage clothing. Other non washable items could be dry cleaned. We wash most of the items that we list in a gentle detergent and fabric softener and treat them before shipment with fabric refresher.

Do you ship Internationally?

Do you wash/clean the clothing that you sell?

We launder all washable items and treat them with fabric refresher before shipping. We leave Dry Cleaning up to the buyer on Dry Clean Only items such as delicate items and Coats. If the item has been Dry Cleaned, it is mentioned in the listing. Otherwise, the item will be treated with Fabric refresher before shipping.

Do you accept Returns?

Returns will be offered on a case by case basis. Please contact the shop within 3 daysof receiving your order.
