HOW DO I APPLY MY PATCH?
🍑 INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLYING YOUR PATCH:
1. Pre-heat iron without steam to temperature best for material the patch will be applied to.
2. Iron the spot you would like to place your patch on.
3. Place your patch in the desired position.
4. Place a cloth (pillowcase or heat tolerant material) on top to protect patch and your item.
5. Press the iron down for 10-30 seconds, depending on the fabric or longer if needed.
6. Turn your item inside out (if possible) and press the iron down.
*** For more of a permanent stick or for thicker materials, machine sew or hand sew your patch down. ***
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

• All items are shipped with the United States Post Office.
• We are currently shipping under First Class mail.
• If you would prefer a faster transit option, please send over a message for pricing before purchasing.
• Due to all items being made to order, items are shipped within 2-5 business days on Monday - Friday. Days in transit are an additional 3-5 business days. (May take longer during the holidays)

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE USA?
🍑 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
• Yes, we do ship outside of the USA. If interested in any of out items, please send over a message with a full shipping address to receive pricing.
• Please note that international shipping can take up to 30 days or more in transit.
• We are not responsible for any fee charged by the post office.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM MADE OR PERSONALIZED ITEMS?
🍑 CUSTOMIZING:
• Yes, we can, but all sales are final.
• Item will be started on after a payment has been received.
• We can also change the colors on certain items.
WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THE ITEM?

• All listings will have the size listed.
CAN I RETURN, EXCHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
🍑 RETURN, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS:
• Yes, you may return your order. However, return label will not be covered and shipping will not be refunded.
• Order will be refunded once your order has been received and inspected. Please ship back unused or undamaged.
• No, we do no accept exchanges. If we accidentally shipped out the wrong item(s), please send over a photo of the items received. The correct item will be reshipped or refunded.
• Yes, you may cancel your order before your order as been marked shipped.
• No, you may not cancel your order once it has shipped or received.
