Do you ship outside US?

Not at this time.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We never want to hear that this has happened but unfortunately it does from time to time. If your item arrives damaged please LEAVE IT IN THE PACKAGE and message us immediately. Please do not throw the package away. We will need photos of the exterior and interior of the box as proof of damage. USPS requires these images in order to file an insurance claim with them.

You will have to file a claim with usps or we ask that you send back the item to us immediately so that we can file on our end.

We buy insurance on ALL fragile packages out of our own pocket. In order to get reimbursed from USPS we have to file a claim.

*If you are unable to provide photos of the item in the box, we will be unable to process a refund for you.*

Tracking Information

All orders will be shipped to the address attached to your Etsy profile unless otherwise notified prior to shipping.

Once a package is sent out, you will be provided with a tracking number through Etsy.

Lost package

We never want this to happen. Unfortunately, during the holidays, shipping services are overwhelmed.

Once a package leaves our care, we are no longer responsible for errors on behalf of the postal service therefore you will have to contact the carrier for assistance.

If you have an issue with your tracking information or your package after it has been shipped you will need to contact the carrier, USPS/UPS. I do not receive updates on your items.
