The dreads are absolutely perfect!!!!! So soft and light. The color blends are perfect. As far as going with the picture for refrence Robin went above and beyond. I could not be anymore happier. About seller. RObin was quick with responding and was there every step of the way. Cant say anything bad about her. As far as shipping, although the post office didnt send it out and sat there for 7 days Robin did go and check to see what the problem was. 5 out of 5 starts is not enough, Robin deserves 10stars...

It Didn't arrive on time but it was well worth the wait. They are good quality but a little scratchy. But they hold up really well to wear and tear. I work in construction and have had them in for 3 months and they still look great

Hi everyone, my name is Robin and I am the owner of Peacock Dreams. I opened this shop so I could share my passion for hair art with everyone!

Accepted payment methods

  • Accepts Etsy Gift Cards and Etsy Credits
Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and cancellations
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
I don't accept exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
•If you put down a deposit for a custom set and then decide you don't want them, I have the right to keep the deposit for the cost of the materials.

•If a payment arrangement is not made within two weeks of the order being completed, the order and deposit is forfeited and the order is then put up for sale.

•Custom orders are not returnable and not eligible for refunds.

• Hair extensions are a hygienic product. I always take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW returns or exchanges of any hair extension products due to not knowing if they were used once delivered.

•If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me so that we can work together on fixing the issue. I am not responsible for color/tone differences in computer screens or phones and do my best at accurately photographing and describing each item.
Payment
•For custom wool dread orders: I require a deposit to start the order, and the deposit is non-refundable. Custom orders are not eligible for cancelations after 24 hours of purchasing. If a payment arrangement is not made within two weeks of the order being completed, the order and deposit is forfeited and the order is then put up for sale.

•Contact me if you need your order by a certain timeframe before ordering as orders can take slightly longer than the predetermined production time for custom orders.

*Cancelations must be made within 24 hours of ordering to be eligible for a full refund. After that, the order is put into production and will not be able to be cancelled.
Shipping
I use USPS as my default shipping method, but please contact me if you are wanting to use a different carrier.

*First Class mail typically takes 2-5 business days to be delivered, but is not guaranteed.

*First Class International mail typically takes 2-3 weeks but can take up to 6-8 weeks depending on location and customs. Customer is responsible for any VAT fees or taxes due on purchases. This is my standard way of shipping for international orders.

*Priority mail typically takes 2-3 business days to be delivered, comes with $100 insurance, but is not guaranteed.

*Express mail is a 1-2 day delivery depending on location and is not considered a true overnight shipping method. Please contact me before purchasing if you have a time-sensitive order that requires overnight shipping.

*none of these methods come with signature required services, so please let me know if you need that added!

I have no control over the package once it leaves my hands and have no responsibility on shipping timeframes. I do my best to contact postal services with shipping problems and resolve them.
Additional policies and FAQs
Due to high order volume, please give up to 24 hours for any responses to messages.

Please contact me for any updates, as I work on every order by myself and typically am too busy working on the order list to send frequent updates (I am a workaholic!) If you need to know the status of your order, please contact me! Otherwise, I send a photo of the finished product once completed and then it is shipped.

These items are made in a smoke-free and pet-loving home, however they are made in a separate area away from my pets.
