Love the painting - it will look great on my gallery wall! There was a slight issue and Mollie rectified it right away :)

Hearts and Flowers

I'm Mollie Mahon, the artist behind Tumblewild.

My husband and our three-legged dog, Clover and I live in a cute little row house in Alexandria, VA. I've lived in Virginia my whole life and my parents grew up and met in Waynesboro, VA, nestled in the Shenandoah Valley. We visited my grandparents often and I have a deep-seated love for the small towns, Amish cheese, farm land and mountains. I’ve been artsy and creative since I can remember, studied art in college, and currently teach elementary art.

Lately I’ve been working more on my side projects- hoping to turn them into bigger things. My goal is to live a life full of art, style, color, pattern, good food and cool, happy, creative people; and my mission is to provide things that make people happy.

Here you'll find modern graphic paintings with simplified shapes, muted tones and pops of color on quality, deep profile canvas. I'm happy to personalize and work with you on custom orders. Contact me if interested!

I also make Custom Painted Wedding Gifts. They are not yet listed in my Etsy shop, but you can see examples and learn more about ordering here:

In addition to painting and teaching art, I run a gluten free blog:

The Almond Flower began as a place for me to have a voice and to connect with others after a diagnosis of Celiac Disease. I like to keep recipes simple, satisfying and tasty by baking with almond flour and honey. Eating gluten, grain and sugar free helps me feel really good, encourages my body's healing process, and allows me to still enjoy life through food. You can now also find updates on my paintings, life events and in the near future I'll be posting art lessons with a stylish twist.

Interested in going gluten free? Drop me a line! I love to chat about gluten free everything.
Interested in a custom order? I'd love to talk more!

    Loyal Assistant And Confidant

Clover came to us with three legs after being stuck for a month with a wire imbedded in her leg. Antibiotics did not work so the leg was amputated. She's sweet, cuddly, playful and pretty much the best dog ever.
