Accepted payment methods

Most orders involving one or two physical items will be shipped via USPS within 2-3 business days after payment is received. However, turnaround times will vary for larger orders or custom orders. Please send me a message for details. Notify me if you have special shipping requests before you order so that I can adjust the shipping price on your listing.
Shipping charges include the packaging and mailing costs for all items. Most small orders are mailed with an invoice in a flat cardboard mailer to protect them from damage during shipment. Larger orders are usually shipped in boxes often utilizing reused or recycled materials. If you are accidentally charged significantly too much for shipping, I will refund you the difference.
IMPORTANT! I do my best to carefully package items and ship them out to you so that they will arrive by your deadline according to the post office's arrival estimates. However, I do not have any control of when, how, or if your order arrives after it leaves my hands, and therefore I cannot take responsibility for what happens to items after they have been shipped. It is rare, but not unheard of for orders to arrive very late or get lost en route. By default, I send orders through USPS using the most economical options unless other arrangements are made. Most orders shipped within the United States arrive 3-7 days after they are shipped. If you want a tracking number or expedited shipping, let me know BEFORE you make your purchase so I can add the cost of this onto your order.
Please note that I WILL NOT REDO OR REFUND YOUR MONEY FOR ORDERS THAT ARE LOST IN THE MAIL UNLESS YOU PAY FOR A TRACKING NUMBER. Some larger orders for multiple items that must be shipped as a "package" may include a tracking number without a request for one. For orders valued over $50, you will need to get insurance for your order to be refunded in the case that it is lost or damaged. I highly recommend this for more expensive orders, and may automatically include it for very large orders. Furthermore, you are responsible to make sure your address listed in your etsy account is correct. I will ship to the address you have listed with etsy unless you tell me to do otherwise. If there is a mistake in the address I have from you, and it is returned, you will have to re-pay all shipping fees in order for me to re-send your order to the correct address.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please be aware that the post office does not offer tracking on international orders, and I am therefore unable to guarantee or refund international orders that are lost or damaged en route. The only exceptions are for packages shipped using most expensive methods that the post office may guarantee depending on where you live. Please contact me information on the availability of these services based on your location. Order at your own risk based on the dependability of your nation's postal services. Also, be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees charged by your country. International shipping times of packages sent through regular first class mail vary widely! Most places seem to take around 2 weeks. However, it is nearly impossible for me to get accurate estimates to specific locations. Therefore, please be patient in waiting for your order after it has shipped and plan far ahead for items needed by a certain date.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you use delivery confirmation (and insurance for more expensive orders) and your order is lost in the mail, I will also refund you or re-send your purchase, depending on your preferences.
There are absolutely no refunds for digital files.
Additional policies and FAQs
All items are my original designs and as such I hold all copyrights. Cards are made in a smoke-free environment. Scrap paper is recycled as much as possible.
I try my best to be consistent in the colors of cardstock and other materials I use for my products. However, occasionally certain products and colors are discontinued or otherwise become unavailable and I am forced to find something different that is as close as possible to what I was originally using. It is therefore possible that if you order the same product from me at two different times, that the colors will vary slightly from each other. Paper texture, envelope design, and other factors may also differ to some degree. If you have any concerns about these possible variations, please contact me before you order.
I normally work on orders and answer emails Monday-Friday. I am not usually available on holidays or weekends, but I sometimes do answer emails on Saturday. However, I do not do any business on Sunday. All requests and emails sent on Sunday will not be answered until the following business day.
Custom orders are welcome. There is a minimum cost of $13 for single customized cards in which the design is changed. (This does not apply to simple color changes or the changing of EXISTING printed text, for which additional charges may or may not apply.) Pricing for larger quantities of customized cards will be determined on a case-by-case basis. Please be as detailed as possible up front when explaining specifications for custom orders. After the details of an order (such as quantity, date needed by, design basics, etc.) have been established, further changes may incur additional charges. Such extra changes in custom orders will be charged a minimum of $2.00/change and should still be made before you purchase your listing. After receiving a design proof, customers are also permitted up to one change in their customized designs free of charge. Extra changes in the design will be charged a minimum of $3.00/change, and this fee must be paid before the additional changes can be made.
Please note that if you request your order to be finished in a shorter than usual amount of time that you will most likely be charged a rush fee deemed appropriate for the size of and speed at which you need your order.
