Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact me within 5 days after receiving your order.
The products must be safely packed in the original package and returned in same condition as they were received.
I accept payment through PayPal and Direct check-out (credit card).

If you do not have PayPal account, you can pay with your Credit Card.

OTHER PAYMENT METHODS (if you'd like to use one of the following methods, please inform me before purchase, to activate this option).
I always try to ship out my orders a.s.a.p.
I ship items that are in stock within 1-3 business days after I receive payment. Made to order items or custom ones will be shipped as soon as they're done (made to order items will be shipped within 3-10 days).

I don't work weekends.

All items are sent gift wrapped.

Unless the customer requires other shipping methods, products are shipped with Post of Serbia, as a REGISTERED ITEM with TRACKING NUMBER and SIGNATORY REQUIRED. If you want faster delivery, you can choose the express shipping option or you can contact me if you want your items to be sent via DHL. Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs or receiving fees that may apply in their country.

Once I receive your payment, I'll notify you that your order is shipped and provide you with the tracking number. Shipping time depends on the destination.
Approximate delivery times:
- about 7-15 business days for Europe
- usually 7-15 business days for US and Canada, but sometimes/rarely it might take up to 4-5 weeks (shipments for US are handled by USPS).
- about 1-4 weeks for Oceania.
This depends on the customs and can be longer during holidays.

Please note that I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING DELAYS. I am here to help you if you have any trouble to track your parcels but I cannot be responsible for the work of your Post Office. If you have any trouble with your order, please feel free to contact me and I'll be happy to help.

Please make sure your address details are accurate in order to avoid parcel returns. I'll ship to your Etsy address, unless you make a note of a different address in the "message to seller" box after checking out. If the address you left at checkout is wrong or insufficient, your shipping provider will probably sent the parcel back. In that case, both shipping costs (sending and returning shipping cost) will be borne by customer.

Information I Collect
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, the details of the product that you’re ordering and other personal information needed to fulfill your order. Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
Etsy. I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide you my services and comply with my obligations under both the Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use.
Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Business transfers. If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

If I am deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.

Access. You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.

Object. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.
