Making luxurious accessories affordable for every bride

I first started making jewellery when I got engaged because I was shocked at the prices big companies were charging brides for relatively simple, machine made pieces.

So I though I'd give it a go myself and I'm so glad I did. I've found something I really love to do and I can take real pride in.

I go out and find beautiful pearls and crystals and use them in my designs where other designers would use glass pearls and plastic beads. Then I make sure I charge very reasonable prices.

I make and photograph every single piece myself from our home. Now I'm married, running this little business means I can keep looking at the gorgeous wedding mags and sites I've fallen in love with while I was planning my wedding!

I'd like to see every bride wearing the real pearls she deserves to feel like a queen on her wedding day.

Mum and now a wife. I started hand-making jewellery when I got engaged because I wanted to wear special pieces at my wedding that weren't mass produced but had real heart. I love creating new and beautiful accessories I can be really proud of.

Welcome to my little Etsy shop. I'm very proud of all my pieces, everything here is hand-made by me.

I have a little business making real pearl jewellery and hair accessories. I specialise in bridal jewellery and custom pieces for brides and their bridesmaids but I have a lot of more versatile jewellery box staples.

My ethos is based on simple, elegant designs made from luxurious materials at very reasonable prices. I started the business when I got engaged and was shocked at the prices big companies get away with charging brides for relatively simple designs. I decided to make my own wedding jewellery and I loved doing that so much I went on to sell my designs online so that even brides without big budgets can have beautiful, lovingly made accessories they feel stunning in.

My customers have been fantastic and I've had a lot of wonderful feedback about the pieces I sell

I'm very happy to cancel orders in full if you change your mind before I post your order (Etsy will email you when this happens). I try to post orders very quickly though so if you'd like to cancel tell me as soon as possible. But if your order is already in the post just return it to me and I'll happily refund you for the items (see 'refund policy' for more details).

Because I send items all over the world I'm afraid I can't take responsibility for import taxes that customs might put on your parcel but I promise all the paperwork will be in order to make sure customs is cleared smoothly and my cheap item pricing means it is very rare that your order with me would incur taxes at all.
I post to the UK using Royal Mail first class as standard so these orders normally take 1-2 working days to arrive after posting.

For international orders I use Airmail. Airmail parcels usually take 5-7 working days to arrive with you, so very speedy really, in just a week you can have a beautiful piece hand-made from London delivered to Australia, Arizona or Argentina! But please leave at least 3 weeks for your parcel to arrive in case of customs delays.
Refunds and Exchanges
It's really important to me that my customers are completely happy with their purchases.

I offer a no quibble refund policy across the board, I only ask that you pay the return postage and I will give you a full refund for the price of the items.

UK customers are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations so will get a refund of their original postage payment as well. However I'm sorry but I can't refund international postage charges because I couldn't afford to cover those costs (I'm only a little business after all).
Additional policies and FAQs
I guarantee all my work, if you have any problems with the pieces you buy from me get in touch straight away and I'll do everything I can to make sure you're very happy.

I love to do custom orders so if you can't find exactly what you'd like just get in touch and I'm sure we can work together and make it happen. I've done lots of custom orders, most of them for brides. I'll work closely with you, sending you lots of photographs and details and making changes to get the pieces perfect for you before you commit to buy.

I'm very happy to do wholesale orders, just get in touch and I can send you a wholesale price-list, I offer good discounts for wholesale buyers. Turnaround time will be longer for bigger orders so that I can order materials and make the pieces.
