I was amazingly surprised with the beautiful packaging and the handwritten note for me as well as a whole print out with details of the bracelet and the methods to cleanse and energize the product. 5 out of 5 starsI am absolutely over the moon with my bracelets, I ordered two, this one citrine, and the carnelian one, and they are both stunningly beautiful. The natural stones are excellent quality and the bracelets are made with such love and care and it really shows. They also came with a really informative leaflet about the properties of the stones, and I have to say that the packaging is quite literally a work of art in itself. Will be sending gifts in the future from this lovely shop I’m sure. The seller was an absolute delight to communicate with, all in all I couldn’t be happier thank you Katrina
