Pearly Birds is unique home crafting studio, where I personally hand make every item in my shop. I use only high quality materials, and everything is made and stored in a pet-free, smoke-free, and fragrance-free environment - perfect for folks with allergies.

I would live my life at craft fairs and farmers markets, and I believe that just because something is hand made doesn't mean it has to cost you a fortune.

At this time, I accept PayPal only. Payment is expected within 48 hours of your purchase. You may cancel your order at any time within that 48-hour period.
Generally, I ship via USPS Priority Mail, and the fee for shipping differs by item. Unless requested, your package will not be tracked or insured - separate fees apply for each.

For items which are currently available, I will ship within three business days.

For custom or made-to-order items, I will make every attempt to ship within 7 to 14 days. If delays occur in the production of your item, I will let you know so that you will know when to expect your package.

For international buyers, I charge a $20 flat rate for shipping up front, but will refund any amount which exceeds the actual shipping price.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within three calendar days of its receipt, and we will discuss our options. After three calendar days of receipt, no exchanges or refunds are available.

Unless you request insurance and tracking on your package, I will not be responsible for damages or losses caused by Uncle Sam. Sorry. :(
