Due to the custom nature of these products, I do not offer a return policy. If the product is damaged or seriously misrepresented (I can’t be held responsible for individual monitor calibration regarding color), I will gladly offer an exchange or replacement given that the original item is returned to me within 7 days in the unused condition you received it in. (I can’t be responsible for return shipping fees.) I work very diligently to describe my items including sizing in the listing of the product – please read all parts of the listing before committing to purchase. Thanks!

I'm sure the hat will be cute- but very discouraged that this item was ordered mid October for a special Christmas shoot mid November - this hat was not received in time. I figured ordering this a month in advance I would have received it.

Terrible service! Never had to give a bad review before! Sent several messages about being overcharged on shipping. Paid over $9.00 but shipping was only $2.31. Have noticed others with same complaint about correspondence!

Worst customer service experience ever. Ordered Sept 18th, marked as Shipped on Oct 20th, was finally delivered on Nov 1st. Tried emailing seller 3 different times with no response, and only heard from her after opening an Etsy case against her. According to her email, it was marked as shipped on Oct 20th, but was "scheduled" to go out on Oct 31st (conveniently the day after I opened the case). She asked me if I would like my money back, I replied yes just cancel the order, but no refund was received and the following day she shipped my items to me. I guess it's good I finally got what I ordered but seriously it was such a pain just trying to get my items.
