Lost the retainer strap off of my carrier while on the road (left it unclasped). Luckily Scott was willing to make me a new one, and I finally got it yesterday. Perfect fit, as expected, and I am now back on the road.

When I bought it, I didn't realize it came with a wine opener. It was a added bonus! and a quality opener. Also, I had issues with the USPS delivery, but PedalHappy's customer service was excellent and very responsive. I thought it was going to be a pain to deal with because I bought it on Etsy, but that was very far from the case. Great product. Great service.
