Everything handmade and vintage

I have a passion for about 23597 different hobbies. Sadly, being torn between so many things affords me little time to focus on each. My shop is sure to be in an ever-changing state depending on my obsession of the week.

I love antiques and estate sales, and would shop for them daily if time allowed. It makes me happy to have unique items scattered throughout my house and to be able to give them as gifts. Being able to find that certain gift that seems like it was almost made just for your friend is such a great feeling.

I started out in Photography with my dad’s old 35mm Pentax camera. I sort of claimed it as my own, and began to shoot anything and everything with it. This was over a decade ago. Within that time, I’ve enjoyed learning new outlets through photography, whether it be enhancing images through Photoshop, stepping into the darkroom (or sneaking into the SAC lab), or even my stint working at a photo lab in town. I’ve had the pleasure of photographing my friends and families weddings, baptisms, baby showers, and more. I love shooting both film and digital, and have an obsession with older cameras. I also love old, abandoned buildings – to the point that I’ll get over my phobia of scary places in order to get a few good pictures.

I'm still somewhat new at sewing and jewelry making. I remember making simple skirts with my mom's sewing machine when I was younger, and just playing around with the different stitches. When (if) I have time, I'd love to teach myself how to work with metals. I'd also love to learn how to make pottery, so, fingers crossed that I'll have some time for those things in the future!
