WELCOME: Thank you for visiting my shop! I have a little Princess and beau that I love making things for, and wanted to share that with everyone too. The items that leave my smoke/pet free studio are of top quality.

BUSINESS HOURS: M-F 9-5. Weekends and Holidays are Family Time. If you have an inquiry, we will respond to you as soon as we can during normal business hours. Thank you for understanding.

INCOMPLETE ORDERS: If an order does not have all the information for Peekaboo Baby to process your order, we will contact you as soon as possible to get all the information needed to complete it. If after 2 attempts to collect the missing information, we have not heard back from the buyer, we will cancel the order. Peekaboo Baby will not make assumptions to complete the order.

Due to the revolving sales given at Peekaboo Baby, we do not give price adjustments. We appreciate your kindness in this matter. Thank you.

We do not refund shipping costs as we still have to pay for packaging, transportation, and other expenses that are not refunded to us. We deduct Etsy, PayPal and Handling fees. If there is a defect we must hear within 24 hours of the customer receiving the product. It must be unused, and in the original packaging.
Please pay for your order immediately with PayPal.

If you pay by e-check through PayPal, your order will be shipped when payment clears.

**If no communication or payment has been received within 24 hours, the sale will be canceled and the items will be returned to inventory for other customers to purchase.**
We ship via usps first class mail. USPS First Class takes 2-5 Business Days. This does include tracking information for Domestic Packages.

We ship all items within 5 working days of receiving payment. Most times it is sooner, but during times of high volume, it may take us the full 5 days to process and make the items. Weekends and Holidays are not considered working days. It takes the usps approximately 2-5 business day to deliver the products after our work is done. Please allow the full 5 days for usps delivery. I cannot control delivery times after it is in their possession. If you would like it to you sooner, please email us prior to ordering and we will adjust your price to reflect a Priority shipping upgrade. This reduces the usps shipping time to 2-3 business days. Again that's the usps "approximate" delivery time. Only next day mail has a guaranteed delivery date.

If you want to purchase postal insurance for $3.00, please convo me or notify me prior to the buying. If items are lost in the mail, Peekaboo Baby holds no responsibility. We take a photo inventory of shipped goods and get tracking numbers for each shipped order. No refunds will be given for lost goods

To keep all costs as low as possible, we do not include paper receipts in packages. If you need a hard copy receipt, you can log in to your etsy account and print receipts.

Digital Images are sent via instant download. You will not be receiving a physical shipment. All sales are final on digital images. Please note that not all monitors show colors exactly the same.

INTERNATIONAL: We currently do not ship Internationally. .
Additional policies and FAQs
Additional information about our iron-on appliques:
Please be sure to note 3 specific items that come on the instruction sheet with the applique: 1. Remove the paper backing prior to ironing it on. 2. Do not handle the applique before it has cooled. If any pulling/lifting happens during bonding (while the appliqué is still warm) the process will not complete and bonding will not occur. IT WILL NOT STICK. 3. Empty ALL water from your iron. Water or moisture inhibits the process and will not allow the bonding to occur. 4. Please be sure to pre-wash all garments without fabric softeners prior to applying the iron-on.

Some background on appliques: Appliques are made with a bonding agent that is heat activated. The heat makes it soft/sticky and starts the bonding process. The way it completes/sets is by letting the appliqué cool COMPLETELY before handling it. The bonding agents must set within the shirt fibers AND COOL to adhere completely. After the applique has been applied, hand washing is preferred, but you can wash the garment delicate cycle in cold water. Tumble dry, inside out, on delicate cycle, low heat.

I use these same appliqués on a daily basis. Not only do I use the appliques professionally, but personally also. I don’t make or sell anything that I haven’t tested first. All appliques are FINAL SALE. We do not refund or replace iron on appliques. If you follow our instructions, they will work. Please note that if you want the increase the longevity of the applique, hand or machine sewing will make it last longer.
