I require an item at short notice (within 7 days), is this possible?
Please check the listing dispatch by dates & estimated delivery dates for guidance (If in doubt please contact me prior to purchasing).
All items are made to order & worked upon according to their dispatch date (please allow for the whole date range), orders purchased at too short notice will be declined, cancelled & refunded. *Please refer to Royal Mails website for service updates*
To avoid disappointment it is always best to order well in advance and not the same week or week before the event.
Do you offer special delivery/next day delivery? Or if I order & tell you to post via express delivery or I need a urgent delivery & I'm happy to pay extra can this be arranged?
I do not offer a express delivery option, items are either sent via 2nd class or 1st class standard post as per the item listing (Please check before ordering to make sure this works with your timescale). This will avoid disappointment of having the order declined, cancelled & refunded.
My address on my Etsy account is old/incorrect, can you redirect my items?
Your order will be shipped to the address as provided on your Etsy account. Please make sure these details are correct before placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for orders being sent to an old or incorrect address, this is the buyers responsibility to keep their account records up to date. If you message after placing the order, the order will be cancelled & refunded to give you the opportunity to update your account information.
