Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
All handmade Pelledori Planner is a custom made item which are final and can not be exchanged/cancelled or refunded.

For the leather types & the features of specific leather :
Waxed Leather/Saffiano/Vegetable tanned leather...etc
Please read our important notes before place order. We would not entertain the reason of not liking the leather features as it's buyer's own preference. We are welcome to answer the questions so please enquiries before place the order.

For any follow up issues of the order, please contact us within two days upon received the items.

All handmade Pelledori Planner is a custom made item which are final and can not be exchanged/cancelled or refunded.

No combine shipping
Shipping
All items are packed with bubble envelope and shipped via Hong Kong Post. We ships via E-ship for most countries from 21/5.

If your countries does not provide E-ship service then ships by Registered airmail:
Signature is required upon delivery. A notification card for pick up in the post office will be left if undelivered. Please pay attention that the parcel will be returned to us if unclaimed.

Please double check your address before placing an order. Orders will be shipped to the address provided on file.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS~

Generally takes 1-4 weeks . Occasionally it may take longer arriving time like 6-12 weeks due to customs, extreme weather conditions, peak seasons or other unforeseen circumstances. We seek your patience and understanding that this is out of our control.

Updated Status on parcel by ships by Registered airmail:

Please note that all of your local post office is only required to update status twice during transit on an registered mail package. Once when it's received and once when it's been delivered. So if it shows online that is still in the same place , it actually isn't, it's moving and on it's way to you, it just isn't being scanned in the process. All overseas Post Office does not consider a package lost until its been missing for 90 days for International customers as it can be stuck in customs for up to 3 mths.


Updated Status on parcel ships by E-ship :
If your order didn’t arrive in turnaround time, please contact us for the shipping no , we highly recommend you contact your local Customs office and inquire of your package with shipping no provided.


If you choose a shipping method (standard mail) that does not include insurance and your item is lost in the postal system, We will not refund the purchase price.

If you choose a shipping method (EMS express) that does include insurance (with extra cost) and your item is lost in the postal system, please take your tracking number and printed receipt to your local post office and file a claim. We do not file claims on your behalf.

TAX: Customer is responsible for any customs fees, tariffs, duties or taxes that may be assessed upon entry to the respective countries.

Lost /Damaged Mail : We are not responsible for any lost/damage mail after shipped. We are suggest you upgrade to BOX Packaging + EMS shipping method and buy an insurance for the parcel. If you found that the packaging is damaged when delivery, please return to your local post office immediately and file the case with them. We do not file claims on your behalf.

Returning mail: If the parcel is returned , buyer will be responsible for the re-shipping fees. We will contact you via etsy if received any returned item. If We didn't hear from you over 1 month We have the right to handle it without further notice.

Shipping fees included: packaging, labor cost and registered mail service. Please message us if refund of extra fee is necessary after received the parcel.

We are welcome any special request and customize options. Kindly have our confirmation via message before place order and please remember to make a remark in "Notes to seller" while check out.
We are not able to guarantee any notes in the conversation ONLY as We don't have those information while processing the order. Thank you for your understanding.

[About leather]

All of the leather is a natural product it may contains naturals range of marks/blemishes and may have measurement marking inside.

[Copyright]
We have the copyright of all of our product images. And We have the right to use the product images for any purpose (e.g. post in our shop or other media, etc).

[Daily Care]
Since all leather is a natural skin therefore daily care is important. Leather cleanser & leather conditioning (except waxed leather) would help the daily cleaning & maintenance your leather journal. Please also keep your leather goods in a cotton bag to avoid getting scratching & Staining with other goodies. For Vegetable tanned leather which is natural leather without chemical and coating processing, the leather condition may change under the weather circumstances such as the sunlight/humidity/ lighting/UV etc, and this is normal. Natural leather is permeable and can never be entirely waterproof.
