5 out of 5 starsHarry is an outstanding seller and craftsman! He was very kind in replies to questions and shipping was swift. The pen arrived packaged perfectly and when opened, it did not disappoint! The pictures in the description did not do this pen justice! It is 10 times more majestic and beautiful in person! The pen is super smooth, fittings awesome, and sealed nicely to ensure the dye won’t come off on your hands. This was a gift from me to me (lol) and I love it. Thank you Harry, I cannot wait to use it in my office!

5 out of 5 starsSTUNNING DETAILED WORK!! Amazing that you were able to actually cut out the shape of the NY symbols within the NY State quarter and get them onto a pen barrel. It is perfect in every way right down to the final ultra gloss finish. Thank you so very very much (my brother will love it)!!

Making things round. With the material turning at 3,000 rpm, I use a razor sharp cutter to hand shape the pen.

Back/front view of custom pen. I turn the recipient's life experiences into an eye-catching conversation starter.
If you appreciate fine art...put it in writing! Custom handcrafted art for the hand.
Do you appreciate fine art? Do you enjoy going to museums and galleries to see it? Perhaps marveling at the talent and creativity of the artist? Does it take you away from the ordinary? Wish you could enjoy it every day?
Do you have fine art in your home?
What if you could take it with you every day? Have it in your office; have it with you to show friends; use it to push back against a mundane world of mass production. What if you could hold it in your hand and enjoy it any time? How much more valuable would that art be to you personally? That is the goal of Penultimate Art, to create art for the hand that you can enjoy every day. If you appreciate fine art...put it in writing!
Maybe you just like beautiful, one of a kind pens -- you will find many of those here. My favorite aspect of this craft is working with a client to create art which is a unique reflection of who they are, something memorable in their life -- a personal portrait they can use every day and share the story of "their" pen -- a pen like no other. I would like to make that pen for YOU. Tell me what your pen would be about.

Shop policies
The pens offered in my shop are just the beginning. I have chosen a range of materials and styles to help you see what is possible. If one is perfect for you, then I made a good guess, combining style and materials. My specialty is custom made pens. Designed to reflect the profession, hobby, history or specific taste preference of the owner. Most are created to overwhelm the recipient as a unique gift, but my clients usually end up getting something special for themselves as well. I hope you will give me an opportunity to help create that experience for you.
