  • Much of my artwork is related to fly fishing but there is so much more.
  • My inspiration for Snow Train was the Virginia and Truckee Railway in Northern Nevada.
  • My fly fishing related artwork is framed and for sale inside Trout Creek Outfitters in downtown Truckee, California.
  • I did something different today, fly rod handle art. I like how it came out but it will get better with more work.

IF MY ART HAS PUT A SMILE ON YOUR FACE, WELL, I HAVE DONE MY JOB!

My work is meant to make the viewer smile as they see it, fun, cartoon style for much of it anyway! Much of my work is done on a pad, created without getting paint all over me like I did many years back. I kind of like the idea of not being drenched in oil paints! I draw things that interest me as you will see, history, classic cars, trains, and fly fishing to name a few. HOWEVER, everything I draw is created on a ten inch tablet screen, yes, a small tablet.

I have been creating things throughout my life, starting with drawing and oil painting as a young boy, photography too. I have worked with wood, metal, and paint and now work mostly with digital drawings and photography. I hope you enjoy what I have created. Look back often as there are many additions coming soon.
