They also sent a few extra envelope’s, which came in handy! If I could go back in time I would 100% reorder these! And the price is incredible for the quality!

How "customizable" is the text?
The text is completely customizable.
Are envelopes included with the order?
Yes, the listing will state what color or you may have a choice of colors.
Will I be able to review my order before it's shipped?
Yes, we send unlimited proofs until the customer approved the design for print. An order is not printed without a customer's approval.
Custom and personalized orders
Please send us your custom details and custom requests in the "notes to seller" section at checkout, via an Etsy Message, or via e-mail to PenelopesPaperPantry@gmail.com.
Is it possible to RUSH an order?
Any request for less than the Standard 7-10 business day turnaround time may require a Rush Fee of $80 to $150 (Dependent on the complexity of the order and turnaround time requested).
Perks:
• The order is pushed to the top of our list
• We process change requests as they come in
• Our goal is to get an approval in 24-48 hours
Keep in mind:
• Rush orders need to be placed by 9am EST Mon thru Fri
• Expedited shipping is NOT a rush fee
• We are only open until 2pm on Fridays
• The designer will provide a deadline for your approval
• It's the customer's responsibility to keep up with correspondence
• The Customer must take the time to review the proof as unintentional errors are often made during "Rush" jobs.
