• Penn & Livie accessories may contain small parts or pieces, PLEASE supervise your child while wearing a P&L lovely.

• Penn & Livie pieces are all handmade in my home. Please note that because all pieces are handmade, some slight color or pattern variations may occur. I try my best to keep each piece looking uniform, but please be aware that because my pieces are not mass produced some variation may occur.


PayPal is our preferred method of payment. Prompt payment is appreciated. Items will not be shipped until payment has been received. Quick payment leads to quicker shipping!

If payment is not made at time of Etsy check-out, then a friendly reminder email will be sent two days later. If payment is not made within one week of Etsy check-out, then we reserve the right to cancel your order any time thereafter.


Because all of our pieces are handmade to order, we require 5 days to hand create and package your order. Some orders may ship sooner.
We use the shipping address received through Etsy, not PayPal. Please confirm that the address provided through Etsy upon check out is the correct address, we will not be held responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the purchaser.

All orders are shipped from zip code 85205 in Arizona via USPS First Class mail and take 2-3 days for delivery. Delivery confirmation is included with all domestic orders, so that you may track the shipping status of your package. Tracking information will be automatically sent to your e-mail address on the day your order has been shipped.
To safeguard your package against loss, theft or damage in shipment, we recommend requesting shipping insurance to be added to your order before check-out. We cannot be held responsible for domestic orders once the Postal Service confirms receipt of them.

All orders are shipped from Arizona, USA via First Class Parcel mail and take 6-10 business days for delivery. However, time in Customs may vary. Although rare, a package shipped via this method could take up to 30 days for delivery.
Delivery confirmation is not available through the U.S. Postal Service for international orders and thus there is no confirmation that the Postal Service has delivered an item.
The U.S. Postal Service provides a customs number for each international package we submit to them. We will provide this customs number to buyers upon request. No additional tracking information is available.
Please note that some countries charge an import tax for orders coming from the United States. If applicable, this tax will be need to be paid by the buyer at the time of the order's arrival to the destination.

We offer a "rush priority" for urgent orders. For an additional $2 per item, we will ship your order the next day {depending on order size}. Please contact us prior to placing order so the additional fee can be added to your order and to ensure we are not too backed up to do so. Please contact us for a quote on priority shipping methods.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We try to accurately describe and image every item, giving buyers a clear idea what they are purchasing. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us right away and ship the order back within 5 business days and we will to issue a refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. In order to avoid any misunderstanding, please feel free to ask questions prior to purchasing. All items must be returned in the original condition at the purchasers expense before any refunds will be issued. We apologize, no refunds can be given on custom items, please make sure you are certain of your choices when placing the order. Please contact us if you have any questions about returns.

Q: How long will it take to receive my package?

Q: Do you combine shipping costs?
A: Yes, shipping is automatically combined when you add multiple items to your cart.

Q: Can I place a custom order?
A: Absolutely! Let us know your ideas by clicking the "Contact" link above and we'll be happy to set up a custom listing for you.

Q: I'm sending a gift to a friend. Can you include a personalized note?
A: Absolutely! We offer complimentary tags for personalized notes from buyers to recipients that can hold up to 15 words. During check-out, you'll have an opportunity to write a note to seller, and in that box, just type the custom message you'd like to include on the tag.

Q: I can't find the answer to my question on your Policies page. What should I do?
A: Just click the "Contact" link and ask your question.

Q: Do you offer bulk discounts or wholesale prices for large quantities?
A: Yes. We offer wholesale discounts for bulk orders. Please contact us via Etsy or via email pennliviefinery(at) for further information.
