Name Origin

I named my shop after my second daughter, Penny, who was a baby at the time. With any luck, she'll grow up to be a crafter like me.

Due to the customized nature of our orders, returns are not accepted.
Shipping
We understand that turnaround time is of utmost importance surrounding weddings and other important events and do our very best to ship orders as soon as possible. The time frame for order turnaround is divided into two parts:

• Processing Time: This includes order verification, receipt of guest lists and other order details, proofing, production, and packing.
• Printed Place Cards: Once we receive your order and guest list, proofs will be delivered within 24 hours. Upon approval of your proofs, your order will be ready to ship within 3 business days. (Rush orders are available upon request and will be ready to ship the next business day after proof approval.)
• Library Invitations and Bookmarks, Blank Place Cards, Menus, Programs, Signs, and Tags: Once we receive your order and product details, proofs will be delivered within 2 business days. Upon approval of your proofs, your order will be ready to ship within 1 week. (Rush orders are available upon request and will be ready to ship within 4 business days after proof approval.)
• Invitation Suites: Once we receive your order, invitation details, and guest address list, proofs will be delivered within 2 business days. Upon approval of your proofs, your order will be ready to ship within 2 weeks. (Rush orders are available upon request and will be ready to ship within 1 week after proof approval.)

• Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our studio to you.
• US orders are shipped USPS and usually take between 1 and 5 business days. Expedited shipping is available upon request.
• Orders outside the US are shipped USPS International and usually take 10 business days. International fees of up to 25% are usually charged at the destination and are the responsibility of the buyer.
