Payment
My preferred method of payment is PayPal, but I also accept credit cards and checks. If payment is not received within 7 days of purchase the item will be relisted. To cancel or change an order please email me.
Shipping
Fast shipping is a priority to me and I work hard to make sure that your item arrives as promptly as possible. Unless otherwise stated within the listing, items are generally shipped within 2-3 business days. During time of high demand, such as the winter holidays and springtime wedding season, items may take a little longer to create and ship. If you have any questions about shipping times or schedules, feel free to message!

Most of my items are shipped via USPS 5-7 day mail. If you have a question or need a shipping upgrade please message me prior to purchase. Your item will be shipped in impeccable condition and carefully packaged to protect from damage. I am not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged packages but I will provide you a tracking number free of charge so that you can resolve issues with your local Post Office. Please do not leave me negative feedback as a result of USPS incompetence, as their customer service is beyond my control.

If you are placing a large order, please consider having your items insured. Simply message me and include the listings you are interested in purchasing and I will get back to you promptly with an updated shipping cost that includes insurance.

Changes cannot be made once an item has shipped.
Refunds and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to me and I will happily accept returns or exchanges in the rare case that you receive a defective item. By placing an order you assume responsibility for shipping costs on returned items.
