Hello World!

I'm Pepper, and this website/business is named for me. At the time of my website's creation, I was 8 months old. I recently turned 9. I have two older brothers, one who is 15 years old and one who is 14years old. I thought this website and the business that goes along with it would be a good way to keep my parents busy on days when not much else is going on(my mom is laughing because with 3 kids there's always something going on). To that end, here's what we do...

We make bibs, not your average bib for getting all nasty at meal times. We make bibs to keep our clothes dry while we are babbling and chewing on things. Our bibs are designed to soak up the drool, slobber and slime of a busy day being babies. They are stylish, colorful, easy for mom to look after, and they keep my clothes dry! Take a look at the collections I have on offer, there are quite a few. You can suggest ideas and patterns if you'd like. I can have them make special color combinations of the ones I already sell. We've also added teethers and can make adult/teen size bibs!

My bibs are made right here in the USA by local people. The whole business is designed so that local parents can participate in the manufacture of the bibs when the orders come in. That way, they can help grow my business and keep busy also. They like it when I pay them for the bibs they make too. Because my bibs are made by hand, not in a big old smelly factory with lots of machines and noise, each one is unique. They are all the same size-ish, they are all made with their own specific combination of pattern/color/thread, but each one is slightly different from the last.

We started making adult/special needs bibs. These are mostly done as custom orders. They are like the baby bibs, just larger size. A layer of moisture wicking material can be added as well.

I also donate a percentage of the proceeds, after expenses, to children's charities and good causes. I think this is important, we should give back, it's good karma. And this way, you know that by buying one of my bibs, you're also helping out others.

Refund Policy

We accept refunds and exchanges.

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective you need to send the item back to us to receive a refund or a new item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are no refunds for items shipped to wrong addresses, for items lost in the mail that didn't have tracking/insurance or items damaged after use.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Clearance/discontinued items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately clearance/discontinued items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Policies

Ready to ship items ordered from PepperSkyeBaby usually ship 1-3 business days after your order is received. Custom orders take 1-2 weeks depending on availability & shipping time for material. Manufacturing time can vary depending on sales volume and availability of fabrics from our suppliers.
Our delivery charges are based on each weight and location. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS. We will ship internationally.
Insurance and tracking are extra so please make sure to add it if you'd like it. If you need a custom order done in a shorter time frame you can pay a rush fee and/or for overnight shipping.

To ensure proper delivery, please provide accurate and complete shipping address information including street address and suite or apartment number, where applicable. We will not refund for items sent to wrong addresses.

So, you like our bibs? We'd love for you to sell them for us in your store, where ever that may be. We can take wholesale orders, from 10 to 20 to hundreds of items. Wholesale orders are handled directly via e-mail. Once your order is arranged, the items will be produced and shipped as soon as possible. Usually 2 to 4 weeks depending on the size of the order and availability of fabrics.
