Louise is amazing! After another seller on Etsy let us down I contacted Louise to make my Mum a hat for a wedding. On the hat we had '5th May 2018' embroidered. Due to the other selling letting us down it didn't give much time to organise something but Louise said she could help. After purchasing/ordering it on the Friday, it arrived the following Tuesday!
