Welcome to Pepper Picnic and thanks for stopping by! I hope you enjoy your products as much as I enjoyed making them and packing them up for you! All items are handmade with care by me, Corry, in my smoke-free home.

Payment
Payments are through PayPal and should be made at the same time as placing the order. Products will be shipped after verification of payment through PayPal.
Shipping
All items will be shipped out within 3 - 6 business days from the day they are ordered and/or payment is received.

Shipping is through Canada Post. I ship the items for as little as possible and therefore do not have a tracking number. If you would like one or insurance on your item please contact me before paying. I ship to the address in Etsy, via PayPal, so please double check your address before submitting your order.

Shipping times (approximate - no guarantees):

Within Canada: 3-7 business days
US: 6-12 business days (may take longer if items get delayed at the border)
International: 10-20 business days

Customers are responsible for any fees, taxes, or duty charges that may be incurred at customs.

If you require express delivery, please contact me. There will be an extra charge for faster shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please contact me immediately if you have any questions regarding your purchase. I stand behind my products and always conduct a quality check prior to mailing. You shouldn't experience any problems with your product. However, if there is a defect in workmanship with the product I will gladly replace it for you. Although all sales are final, please send me a message if you would like to return your purchase and we can have a discussion. Customer satisfaction is very important to me!
