Peppertree Stationery offers custom wedding, baby and everyday stationery.

As a graphic designer, I created Peppertree Stationery because I enjoy working with individual clients to create special custom pieces for clients weddings, new babies and other special occasions.

I strive to create clean, modern pieces and hope you find something you enjoy. Like my design style but don’t see what you’re looking for? Do you have a new idea? Payment
Peppertree accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Note, credit card payments are made through PayPal, but don’t worry, you don’t need a PayPal account to use your credit card. Just click “I do not have a PayPal account” and pay securely with your credit card.

Custom orders require 75% of your order estimate to be paid at the beginning of the project. A custom listing will be posted for you to purchase. Production will begin when the deposit is received. The remaining balance will be posted when your order is complete. Your order will ship when final payment is received. Custom orders are non-refundable.

If you notice a mistake on any items, please convo me and I’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Shipping
Items are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested. If you have a preferred shipping vendor, I am more than happy to use your vendor at an additional cost. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.

Standard orders are shipped within 3-5 days of your order (unless notified otherwise). Custom orders are shipped based on the production schedule established when your order is placed.

Peppertree Stationery is not responsible for orders lost in the mail due to undeliverable addresses or mail delays. Items damaged or lost in transit are the responsibility of USPS or your preferred vendor. Peppertree does not guarantee arrival date. Refunds will not be given for packages lost during transit. Items are not considered lost until 30 days after shipment date.

We ship orders to the address given with your purchase. Please make sure it is correct. If you would like to have your items shipped to a different address, please leave ‘a note to seller.’
Refunds and Exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges on custom items. Please let me know within 7 days of receipt if your order arrives damaged or you are unhappy with your order. I will do my best to resolve the issue. Refunds will not be issued if proofs are approved with spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors. All deposits are non-refundable.

All items are packaged carefully for shipping and we are not liable for any damage incurred during the shipping process. I am more than happy to have the shipping company add insurance to your shipment for an additional fee.

Note, we do our best to provide colors as you see them on screen. However, slight color variation from your computer screen to print may occur. If color matching is important please order a sample before you proceed with your full order. Convo me and I will create a sample listing for you to purchase. Samples are shipped after payment is received.
Additional policies and FAQs
SAMPLES
Printed custom samples are available for $15. A custom listing of your sample will be posted for you to purchase. Samples are shipped after payment is received.

WEDDING INVITATIONS
Wedding invitations are sold as suites (includes invitation with envelope, reply card with envelope). If you have a custom request (like a map or accommodation card) that you would like to include in your invitation suite, convo me and we can discuss the details.

The minimum order for wedding invitations is 25; additional quantities are available in increments of 5.

CUSTOM ORDERS
I love creating custom pieces for clients and will be more than happy to create something for you. Most items in my shop can be customized (colors, fonts, wording). Do you have a completely new idea? Convo me!

Custom orders require 75% of your order estimate to be paid at the beginning of the project. A custom listing will be posted for you to purchase. Production will begin when payment is received. The remaining balance will be posted when your order is complete. Shipping costs are calculated at this time and will be included in the balance. Your order will ship when final payment is received.

Two rounds of digital proofs are included with your order. Each additional proof after two rounds is $50. Printed proofs are available at an additional cost. Please read all proofs very carefully to avoid spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors! Refunds will not be issued if proofs are approved with these mistakes.

When the PDF proof has been approved, production of your order will begin. Any changes made after production starts are subject to an additional fee.

The timeline of your project depends on the quantity and complexity of your order. Timing varies based on changes, design details and availability of materials. I will communicate with you throughout the process and keep you in the loop.

Note, Indiana residents will be charged a 7% sales tax.
