I'm at a loss as to the one-star review. To be fair, I contacted the buyer and didn't hear back from her. I think she may have not read the item description well and didn't read that it was a FLAWED piece. That's all I can think of. I always try to work with my customers, especially if it's my fault. But, I haven't heard back and can only guess now. Lesson in this? PLEASE read the entire description before purchasing. I always mention flaws in the listing and the title.
