Delays in Delivery - Where is my package?
Unless a package is shipped Guaranteed Express Mail, there are no guarantees in delivery, there are only approximate times. While USPS does a great job overall, delays are inevitable at times due to weather, etc.
Although unusual, items occasionally get lost or held up in the post. I cannot be held responsible for the faults of the mail system but if your item does not arrive within a reasonable period, I will be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.
