The quality of this item was fine. However, it took 35 days to get to me. I understood when I placed my order that it would take 1-2 weeks before it shipped. I followed up 6 days after the originally scheduled shipping date to inquire why the status still said "not shipped." The shop responded quickly (which was a plus) and told me that it had been shipped 3 days after the original shipping date and they just hadn't updated the status online; BUT since they do not provide a tracking number, I just had to rely on their word. I didn't receive the package until 18 days after they said they had shipped it. Tbh this thing was not a huge deal; the owner was nice and I wasn't in a huge rush to get the item; but 35 days is extreme and I found the same thing on Amazon after the fact
