It is our goal at Perfectly Aligned to create quality vinyl decals and clothing items from the best materials available and offer them at reasonable prices. Vinyl decals are a great form of self-expression; they allow you to identify and share your interest with others as well as personalize almost any surface. Our decals are cut from Oracal 651 outdoor vinyl (unless otherwise noted) that is rated 6+ years outdoors and 10+ years indoors. Most decals can be re-sized, altered, or personalized upon request. Vinyl styles, colors, and types other then what we have listed can be quickly obtained. Our clothing items are made from reputable brands with the highest quality materials. For item specifics, please see individual listings, or contact us for further information. Most clothing items can be customized upon request.
Custom orders are welcome, just convo us with your request and we will answer in a timely manner. We hope you find something you love, and if you do not, please give us the chance to custom make it for you.
PayPal accepted. Please pay for items within 5 business days. If you pay with an e-check and the payment is unable to be processed, we reserve the right to cancel your order. We will do our best to contact you and inform you of the payment failure. All contact will be made through Etsy conversations.
All decals are shipped USPS First Class Mail and International First Class (unless otherwise requested or noted.) Decals are made to order, please allow 3-5 business days from the payment date for creation and shipping unless otherwise noted. Please pay careful attention to the "ship by date;" 3-5 business days is the processing time, NOT how long it should take to receive your order. Unless requested prior to the order, and payed for, our decals are not shipped with tracking. We try to keep our shipping prices low, and not adding tracking helps us to do this. We have shipped 10,000+ decals and most arrive safely. If you do not receive your order, and feel as though it should have arrived, please contact us via Etsy conversations and we will assist you. Custom orders may take longer than 5 business days to create and ship depending upon the size, and type of the order.
All clothing items are shipped USPS First Class with tracking in the United States, and First Class international for International orders. Items are securely packaged in poly mailers, or in padded boxes for larger orders. Processing time is 3 - 7 business days from payment date; all clothing is made to order. Custom orders may take longer than 7 business days to create and ship depending upon the size and type of the order.
We cannot guarantee arrival time as that is dependent on the USPS or international mail handler. We will ship by the stated time above, but once the item is shipped we can only estimate when it will arrive. If you need your item (s) by a specific date please contact us for alternative shipping types prior to ordering.
NOTICE: If you need your order to have expedited shipping (anytime outside the shipping times in the listing) you MUST contact us via Etsy conversations BEFORE you place your order. We will create you a custom listing with increased shipping and get your order to you in the time requested if possible. Also, if you need special considerations for your order (thank you note, color, size) you MUST convo us with the details to get them approved prior to your order. If you just put the request in the comments, we may not see it in time due to the volume of orders we receive. Any request that is outside the available options specified in the listing will not be honored unless pre-approved via etsy conversation or custom order.
Refunds and Exchanges
We are determined to have 100% customer satisfaction, if you are unsatisfied with your item(s) for any reason please contact us. We will work with you to either replace your order, or refund the item(s) cost. As always, feel free to contact us through etsy with any questions that you may have. The customers make the business and we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, as well as the entire buying process.
