I love the product, communication on the seller side not so much. Messaged twice on Etsy ( after no response a week later) tracked down their Facebook after my item passed the ship item date and still wasn't shipped. They responded which was nice, and then I asked another question and never received a reply. Better communication skills. Probably won't be shopping again.

Perrodin Supply Co. {pronounced: "pear-uh-den"} is a small supply store founded by Jonathan and Amber Perrodin right in the heart of Northwest Arkansas.

We are a mom & pop style business that prides itself on old-fashioned friendships and exceptional products.

Perrodin Supply began in January of 2012. After making artist panels and handcrafted canvases for nearly 10 years on a small, local scale, Jonathan decided to begin offering his services to a wider audience.

Perrodin Supply Co. was founded with the full intention of bringing artists and crafters high quality, handcrafted goods and supplies at affordable prices. All of our products have either been skillfully constructed by Jonathan Perrodin or hand picked and created by his wife and artist, Amber Perrodin. Together, they hope to reignite the idea of an old fashioned supply store and encourage their customers to invest small!

Payment
All payments are due upon checkout unless otherwise arranged. Please contact us if you need assistance with checkout and/or payments. We're always glad to help and will make every effort to respond to you immediately!
Shipping
Perrodin Supply Co. ships parcel post through USPS for most orders. Otherwise, smaller quantities will be shipped using First Class or Priority mail.

We either use new or gently used, clean shipping products.

Orders that total around $100 will be insured at no cost to you. If you'd prefer insurance on a smaller shipment, please let us know immediately upon checkout in the "Message to Seller" box.
Refunds and Exchanges
If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your products please let us know! We are more than willing to replace your product or issue a refund. You will have 7 business days after receiving your shipment to request a refund.

We do ask that if you are requesting a refund, that you ship the product back to us.
