Since these are personalized items, they are exclusive to you, and are produced only after an order is placed.
So they need time for order processing, production, packaging and shipping. Intend time:
+ Order processing time: 1-3 working days
+ Production time: 5-9 working days
+ Domestic shipping time: 7-14 working days
+ Shipping time outside the US: 10-21 working days.
Depending on the item, depending on the delivery address, there will be different production and shipping times.

Orders can be canceled, or resized, or designed within 24 hours of placing the order.

We will not accept order cancellations after the processing time. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can handle it well.
Unfortunately, once the order is in production we cannot cancel it.

We will not accept returns or cancellations due to customer error, such as: choosing the wrong size, changing the desire to use it, losing interest in the item, ... For purposes reasons We unfortunately cannot cancel or refund.

We only accept returns when the item is defective by the manufacturer, the size is wrong, or the image is significantly different from the description. We can refund your order.
