Thank you so much for looking through my shop!
If you are wanting a PERFECT item, this might not be the shop for you as everything is HANDMADE. Minor imperfections will exist and be visible to the eye. To me, it only adds character. The photos in my listings do honestly and accurately represent my items, so if you like what you see there, you should be fine!
PayPal, Credit Cards
Production time is generally 4 weeks but can take up to 6 weeks. I ship using USPS mail. If you need an item by any particular date, contact me prior to purchasing to know if its possible BEFORE making your purchase. Do not assume it will make it in time. Any item wanted in less than 4 weeks requires a $20 rush fee. I do ship in time for you to receive your item by a particular date but cannot control any delays once I've handed it over to USPS.
I do ship international. Contact me to arrange this.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are not given because something wasn't received in time. I do try my best to accommodate dates, but I can never guarantee that. Due to unforeseen occurrences, production time can be delayed longer than even I expect.
Customer service is my number one priority and will work very hard to get your satisfaction. Please email me right away with any concerns or problems, I am glad to help in any way I can. Any approved refund will be given as soon as the item is returned.
Additional Policies and FAQs
**HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR NEW FRAME**
Please bear in mind that the customized frames and plaques are covered with a paper decoration. If they get wet, they will be ruined. Do not put in a high humidity location (ex. Kitchen, bathroom) as this can cause the covering to peel off. To clean, simply use a DRY cloth, or the brush on your vacuum to suck away dust/dirt. There is a spray sealant that you can get to protect your frame even further. (Even a sweaty hand can ruin the print... these are to be handled with care.)
***CAN YOU SHIP DIRECTLY TO A GIFT RECIPIENT INSTEAD OF ME?
Yes. Just put their address in the "shipping to" fields.
***I WANT SOMETHING UNIQUE, DO YOU DO CUSTOM WORK?
Yes I do! I do get a lot of orders for designs I have previously made, but what I really enjoy doing is creating a brand new design just for you! Just tell me your ideas, and I'll see how I can best represent them!
***I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Email me personally at personalizedframes [!at] gmail.com-- I will check on your item using the tracking number, and then call USPS directly if necessary. If the item shows it has not been delivered yet, USPS will help me find it.
