It shipped just in time. I didn't get it for when I needed it for but it did come just within the shipping policy. However, this is very expensive for the size. I also asked for certain colors and it came in a completely different color than what I had asked for. The lyrics were right, it is still really cute and the craftsmanship is nice. Would I recommend this? Ehh, depends on if you have 2 months to wait to get it and aren't picky about the background. It's still a nice frame and adds a personal touch to gift giving.

Shipping times and measurements of all items are clearly stated in the listing, so this shouldn't have come as a surprise to the buyer. Having said that, I normally get my items out faster than what I have shown on the listing. My husband's health is not good and I've been overwhelmed with caring for my family. This has resulted in some longer waiting times, even though still falling within the time frame customers should expect. I've since had to close my shop indefinitely pending my husbands progress.

I ordered this frame as a Christmas gift for my sister in law who got married in October and thought having a frame with the lyrics of her wedding song would be a perfect gift for her and her husband. I contacted Tonya (who has been nothing but so friendly and helpful) who did advise from the start that she couldn't guarantee delivery in time for Christmas, which I totally understood being such a busy time. I went ahead with the order and Tonya contacted me before she sent the item to ensure I still wanted it as it definitely wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas - a gesture I thought was very kind - excellent customer service! The frame has arrived today and I am absolutely over the moon - it is just perfect, so beautiful, so personal - I cannot be any more thankful! I highly recommend Tonya, for a gift or even for yourself!

Item was lost in the mail and I offered to make another. In the process of making another frame, I put my shop in vacation mode due to it being my busy time of year and had taken on all the orders I could handle for December delivery. Buyer mistakenly thought this meant I was closing up shop without completing orders and filed a CC dispute. As a result, we both decided to just cancel the transaction altogether. The original item may still show up since it was a lost package through USPS. In the even that it does, please keep it as a token of my apologies for the inconvenience. Its always disappointing to receive a review that is less than my usual 5 stars, especially when the circumstances were out of my control.

If you are wanting a PERFECT item, this might not be the shop for you as everything is HANDMADE. Minor imperfections will exist and be visible to the eye. To me, it only adds character. The photos in my listings do honestly and accurately represent my items, so if you like what you see there, you should be fine!

Additional policies and FAQs
Please bear in mind that the customized frames and plaques are covered with a paper decoration. If they get wet, they will be ruined. Do not put in a high humidity location (ex. Kitchen, bathroom) as this can cause the covering to peel off. To clean, simply use a DRY cloth, or the brush on your vacuum to suck away dust/dirt. There is a spray sealant that you can get to protect your frame even further. (Even a sweaty hand can ruin the print... these are to be handled with care.)
