About us
PersonalizedFree.com was started in 1993. I began by selling Christmas ornaments at local craft shows in the Seattle area. After I got married and started a family I knew it was too hard to keep up the craft show circuit so I moved my business to online only. I had the best of both worlds. I could be home with my children and still run the business I love. Our three children are growing up quickly. Jamie is 22, Holly is 20, and Jason is 17.
I couldn’t do this business without our wonderful customers. Without you, we wouldn’t be able to offer so many great ornaments. I take great pride in what I do and make sure that every customer is satisfied. I don’t strive to have the most ornaments available online. It is more important to me that I sell ornaments that I am proud to send out to each and every one of you. Each year, our wonderful helpers put their hard work into making PersonalizedFree.com a success. These ornaments will be keepsakes for a lifetime, so we want them to look fantastic.
