It all started with a birthday gift!
I have been making scrapbooks for the past 20+ years and in June of 2010 my husband bought me a cutting machine for my birthday in order to cut die cut shapes out for my scrapbooks. One day I was flipping through channels on the television and came across an infomercial about the cutting machine that he had given me. On the infomercial they were showing all the things you could do with it, including cutting vinyl decals. I was intrigued!! I immediately bought some vinyl and started cutting decals. I realized through my research that I could purchase design software for my cutting machine and design my own decals and I have been doing so ever since! I now own 3 different cutting machines and I design and cut decals every chance I get! I am always looking for an opportunity to stick a decal on something and my Etsy shop allows me to do just that!
Hello! My name is Darcy. I am happily married and have two wonderful daughters. One in college and the other one about to be. I currently reside in sunny South Carolina. I have always loved to do anything crafty. Growing up I always had access to different crafting mediums due to the fact that both my parents are amazingly talented in so many hobbies, themselves (including but not limited to; wood working/carving, quilting, sewing, embroidery, stained glass windows…...). My obsession with vinyl decals first started when I received a cutting machine for my birthday for my scrapbooking. I could cut out all kinds of shapes, lettering and photo backgrounds for my scrapbook pages. Then one day I watched a program on TV featuring my cutting machine and showing all the different things I could make with vinyl. I immediately ordered some sheets of vinyl! I first started making decals and gifts for my family and friends. Then they started sharing the items I had made with their friends and by word of mouth I received some actual orders. At that point I felt confident enough to post pictures of the things I made on my Facebook page where I received even more orders. Then someone told me about Etsy, so I thought I would give it a try! Buying from me helps the economy. I make a little money to buy more craft supplies which keeps the craft supply stores in business! I put a lot of effort into customer relations and each order. I enjoy the conversations I have with my customers through Etsy. I treat all my orders and customers with care, the way I would want to be treated as a customer! If you ever have a question or concern about any of my items I hope you feel like you can contact me anytime. Everything I have listed in my shop has been used and tested by me first! I only use high quality vinyl for my decals and the items I choose to apply the decals to for gifts are things I feel are gift worthy! I do not like to waste things and in my opinion, applying vinyl to items that won’t last is a waste! My decals can be applied to any hard, smooth, non-porous surface. If you have a project in mind and aren’t sure which type of vinyl you would need for it, please contact me first! I reply to all conversations as soon as possible, most of the time immediately. If there is a decal or personalized gift you have in mind and do not see it in my shop, please ask! I love trying new things therefore custom orders are perfect for me! I will do my best to make it happen or help you find someone that can do it. I am a one person operation. Each order is handled with care by me from buying the supplies to make the items to packaging the finished product and shipping. I make each item in my craft studio in my home. My home is smoke free. We do have pets, however, they are not allowed in my craft area!! As far as shipping goes…. I currently only ship to the United States and I use the United States Postal Service. I take pride in getting items made and shipped as soon as possible without compromising quality! Some of my items take longer to make than others but I always keep you informed of your order status. I also try to use recycled packaging materials, whenever possible, to cut down on shipping costs. I package each item carefully and sufficiently to ensure it arrives to you in the condition it was in when it left me! I take photos of each item and how it was packaged so there are no questions when it comes to insurance claims with the USPS. IF an item were to arrive broken, all you would need to do is take photos of the package and the item and send them to me. I will file a claim with the USPS and get your item replaced. I always appreciate it when customers leave me good feedback! It not only boosts my confidence, but it boosts my shop sales also! Once your order is placed I make every effort to begin the process of producing it right away. If you should decide to cancel you order for whatever reason, before I have produced it, I will refund your payment minus 20% in order to cover my time along with listing and transaction fees. If your item has already been made, I cannot grant a cancellation due to the personalization of my items.
I use the United States Postal Service to ship your item. If you need it by a certain deadline, would like insurance or combined shipping, please ask!
I am not responsible for lost or damaged items, delayed shipping, weather or any other uncontrollable event that may affect arrival once it leaves my hands. I take great care in packaging each item adequately and securely for shipping. If insurance is purchased and an item is damaged, photos of the packaging and item will be required to make a claim.
All items are shipped to the address listed on Etsy, so please make sure it is correct before placing your order.
Your receipt will show your scheduled ship by date. Once your item has shipped you will receive a shipping notification from Etsy with your USPS tracking number.

Refunds and Exchanges
I package all items securely to ensure they are not damaged. In a rare instance, if there is a mishap during the delivery process and an item does arrive damaged, a picture of the packaging and damaged item will be requested. I must have this in order to file a claim with the post office.
If you are not satisfied with your item for any reason, please send me a convo first to make me aware of the issue and you may return the item in its original condition for a refund (minus the shipping charges), if returned within 14 days.

I am not responsible for any damage that occurs to surfaces that decals are applied to or removed from as I have no guarantee that the decal was applied correctly.
I am a one person shop that designs, cuts, packages and mails each of your orders with tender loving care. I cut each decal when the order is placed, ensuring that the product you receive is clean and free of dust providing the best adhesion possible. I work quickly, yet as efficiently as I can to answer any messages and get your order to you in a timely manner.
Discounts are available on certain items if you are ordering 10 or more of the exact same item and same color.
