Our Mission
Friends of Animals In Need (FAN) is an organization of animal lovers who want to help fellow pet owners, throughout the state of Rhode Island, help their pets. The mission of FAN is to assist in providing veterinary care to financially-challenged pet owners, in order to avoid the surrender, abandonment, or euthanizing of their pet.
Based in North Kingstown, Rhode Island, we have connected with and assisted owners all over the state. Our organization is made up entirely of volunteers, and we rely on donations and grants to allow us the funding to obtain this critical medical care.
