Payment
If you pay with an e-check through your PayPal account, we will begin processing your order when the payment clears.
Orders will begin production when all information for your order is received.

Shipping
Shipment is via USPS First Class mail for all orders, unless you have paid for upgraded shipping. Typical regular USPS First Class shipments should arrive in 4-5 business days after mailing.
PROCESSING TIME
Ready-made inventory will be shipped 1-3 business days after an order is placed. Custom orders require 1-week lead time for production once all information has been received. Orders are processed in the order received.
INSURANCE
Our shipping rates are low and do not include insurance. Insurance is highly recommended and will cost an additional $2.10 for USPS to insure up to $100. All orders over $100 will automatically be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which includes insurance.
Great care is taken to package products to withstand shipping using either bubble wrap or padded envelopes. Insurance is highly recommended to cover carrier mishandling during the shipment process.
TRACKING
Petite Belle Fleur is not responsible for packages once the post office marks them as delivered. All packages come with delivery confirmation, you may also add insurance for an additional charge.
RUSH PROCESSING
Rush processing is available. Please convo me to make arrangements.
UPGRADED SHIPPING
All orders exceeding $100 for a single order will automatically be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail at no additional charge. You may upgrade to Priority Shipping for an additional fee when placing your order through the shop.
