What carrier do you use?
We currently use USPS only.
I need to make some change on my order! How do i do that?
As long as it is not shipped, we can make some change. Please contact us ASAP since my production is only a day. I check my message first thing in the morning and throughout the day.
How long is the processing time?
Typically 1 business day except Sunday and Holidays.
Care Insturction?
All of my products are made from plated jewelry.
It needs constant care to maintain its color and shine.
Here are some tips to keep your jewelry longer.
1. Avoid Humid condition such as shower, swimming, exercise.
2. Avoid Chemical such as lotion, perfume, hair spray and etc...
3. Keep it in air tight container. Store in soft pouch or tissue is great idea to keep jewelries separate and avoid scratches.
Tarnishing eventually happens due to each person's acidity level. Some with high acidity level in their body can make jewelry turn dark within a day while others keep it a lot longer. Please consider it again if you had allergy reaction to pleated jewelry before.
Q: How long does it take for me to get it?
A: Typically, if you've ordered before 3PM Western times, We will be able to ship it out the next day. Any time after that, we will send it the day after the next day. USPS will take about 2-5 days to deliver.
