Thank you for your interest and support! Please contact us with any questions on our products and policies, and we will respond as soon as possible.
We accept all major credit cards and online payments by PayPal.
Orders will ship out after payment is received. If payment is not made with the order, we will send gentle reminders. Orders will be canceled if no response is received and the transaction is not completed after 3 days.
Customers in the great Commonwealth of Massachusetts: Please note that a 6.25% sales tax will be added to your order (excluding shipping).
We aim to ship your orders as soon as the payment is received. We typically ship the next business day Tuesdays-Saturdays as we are closed on Sundays and Mondays. If any unforeseen delays should occur, we will contact you immediately and provide you with new delivery information.
Standard orders are shipped via USPS using First Class or Priority mail, always with delivery confirmation for domestic orders. We will email a shipping confirmation when the order goes out.
Flat Rate Shipping
Where flat rate Priority mail shipping will save you money, we will charge the flat rate and refund any difference to your credit card.
If you are able to arrange for local pickup in Boston, MA, shipping will be refunded to you when your purchase is picked up. Our lab-store is located at 574 Cambridge St in Cambridge, MA.
We will provide the customs form number for your package, which you can use to check acceptance info and tracking until the package leaves the U.S. Tracking may not be available in the receiving country depending on whether the customs form is scanned. Please note that the transit time varies from a few days to several weeks. Please allow up to 6 weeks for your package to arrive.
Additional Shipping Services
Insurance, registered mail, rush orders (via UPS 2nd Day Air or USPS Express Mail), and other mailing services are available if requested and purchased by the customer.
Refunds and Exchanges
Our aim is to provide our customers with delightful products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can offer a refund or exchange provided that the item (except customized items) is returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Customized products are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. We regret that we cannot refund shipping costs. Please contact us if you wish to set up a refund or exchange.
Note: We do not re-sell items that have been returned to ensure the integrity of our products.

As our products are handcrafted from natural ingredients, please allow for slight variations from batch to batch. All products are for external use only. Please check the ingredient list for any potential allergens before purchase and use. Please also note the size of the item as described in each listing. We are able to custom make items in larger sizes for several of our products, such as lotions, deodorants, and facial mists.
We may have more items in our inventory and pipeline than is listed in our shop. Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing higher quantities and we can set up a special listing for you.
