Payment

Acceptable payment is through *Paypal, credit card, Etsy gift card or money order. Please convo for use of U.S. Postal money orders.

*Please note that the 180 return policy on Paypal is not acceptable, due to the the vintage content of our shop. Vintage items cannot be used and returned.

If cancelling your purchase, please contact me immediately. I often ship same day.

Cancellations are not accepted after purchasing. Certain exceptions apply. Please convo immediately.

I reserve the right to cancel any purchases made using a false address in order to secure my merchandise. Paypal and Etsy accounts should list current address.

U.S. Postal Money orders are accepted in addition to Paypal.

Shipping

Shipping in the U.S.A.:

*Your purchase will be shipped within five days of Paypal transaction completion. (unless otherwise noted) U.S Postal money orders must be received before shipment.
*Shipments will be made using Priority or First Class Mail. Often, I will choose the cheapest possible method of shipping and add tracking.
*First Class mailers are purchased and included in the shipping/handling price.
*Please convo, if you need an item sent rush delivery. I can edit my shipping prices for USPS Express within the U.S. I cannot be responsible for failure of the USPS delivering your packages overnight. (It has happened) I may require your signature upon delivery.
*I reserve the right to cancel any purchases made using a false address.
*As packages within the U.S. are shipped with tracking confirmation, I do not make refunds for lost merchandise. Please convo should you have problems in receiving your package.
*If you need the package shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us prior to purchase, so we may provide you with a shipping quote.

*Please convo for exact shipping quote to your zip. Sometimes, it is less than that listed.

We list shipping as Worldwide. Please be aware that some countries prohibit mailing of used clothing. Restrictions apply.

***** Delivery confirmation in no longer available for USPS First Class International and select Priority Mail International shipments******* However, all shipping notifications will come with a tracking number.

*Please convo with any questions before placing order.
*You will be allowed to choose between International First Class and International Priority Mail. The costs are vastly different.
* I cannot be responsible for your package after it leaves my hands. There are no reimbursements for lost or damaged purchases.
*International Priority Mail is costly. I cannot provide insurance beyond what the U.S. Postal Service allows.
*U.S. custom forms only. (adhering to all rules and regulations)
*Any duty, taxes or holds by the postal system are not within our control. We do not mark our packages as "gifts". Thanks for understanding!
*All shipments are marked merchandise on customs form
*Actual selling price is listed on customs form
*Merchandise is listed as "used", ie. "used dress"
*Shipping supplies are included in shipping cost.

Refunds and Exchanges

We are not responsible for damaged or lost purchases sent thru the USPS.
Our items are sent with delivery confirmation and or insurance, as listed above. (if shipping cost allows)

Individual refunds are considered, if we have GROSSLY MISREPRESENTED our items. Please contact us first!

Accepted returns must be in original condition, as purchased, with no missing pieces or damage - WITHIN TWO DAYS OF ARRIVAL at your address. We do not pay for return shipping or provide return labels. A restocking fee of $10 will be charged.

Returns or exchanges are NOT accepted on discounted sale items. These sales are final. This includes items purchased with our return customer coupon code.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Sorry, but we do not accept returns unless our items have been GROSSLY MISREPRESENTED. Please measure similar clothing and match those with our listed measurements. Our items are vintage and most all are in used condition. We strive to purchase the best and resell by thoroughly describing any condition problems. Please contact us with any questions or concerns about your order.

Returns or exchanges are NOT accepted on discounted sale items. These sales are final.

RESERVES: I will place Items on reserve for one week from date of request/convo. Reserves are a courtesy with no charge. Reserves are removed after one week.

I always appreciate communicating with my buyers concerning any problems. The best buyers and sellers on Etsy strive to work things out!

I generally hand wash all my garments unless the material prohibits this. Most dry cleanable garments are run thru a home dry clean method using Dryell or Woolite. Not all smells are removable.

I store many items in bins. I place charcoal activated soaps in each bin to keep items fresh.
