Please contact me if you would like to send a check for payment. Orders placed by check will not begin to processed until the check has cleared.
All of my items offered are made to order, therefore
shipping times are approximate. Please contact me for an estimated time of completion and shipping date for your order. If there is a delay in shipping your order I will contact you and let you when you can expect it to arrive.
Each and Every item listing has an approximate processing and shipping time listed.
Please do not ask for an earlier shipping time. Estimated shipping dates are designed for processing and completion of all orders without delays, complications and additional stress. If I can complete and ship your order any sooner, I will.
Usually all orders are shipped within 2-3 weeks ,
However, fabric availability and lead times can delay this process.
My workroom is operational during the hours of 9-3 Mon-Fri.
Orders placed after 3 p.m. on Fridays, will not begin to process until the next business day.
Most of my items are shipped priority mail. Larger items, such as down pillow inserts (available upon request) and larger length blankets are shipped parcel post.

Refunds and Exchanges
You MUST contact me within 3 business days of receiving your order for a refund. (minus shipping charges).
Any returned items MUST be received within 5-7 business days after contacting me and in the same condition they were sent.
If you receive an item and want to exchange because its the wrong color, doesn't fit, or you just don't like it, it can be exchanged only if its returned unused, undamaged and in the same condition it was sent. You will receive a credit for the merchandise upon receipt your return. (minus shipping charges)

Each item is given an estimated shipping date, these dates are approximate to give you an idea of when you can expect your order to arrive.
There are factors that may result in a delay in receiving your order by the estimated date.
Once an order leaves my workroom and has begun to process through U.S.P.S. or UPS, it is no longer in my control of when it will arrive. Holiday delays, and high volume can cause the shipment to arrive on a different date estimated. I cannot guarantee your order will arrive on the estimated date.
