Current processing times: 5-7 business days or less for most items. Custom shirts and other fully custom products may take up to 10 business days to ship out. Shipping averages 3-5 days depending on location. Express shipping is available upon request, this reduces shipping from 3-5 days to 1-2 days but does not affect processing times. Delivery times estimated by Etsy are not always accurate and items typically arrive sooner than the estimated time.

Care instructions
Apparel: Machine wash cold, turn inside out. No bleach. No fabric softener. Do not dry clean. Do not iron design. Hang dry or tumble dry low.
Car Coasters: Machine wash on cold, tumble dry low.
Tote Bags: Recommend spot wash only with mild degergent. Hang or lay flat to dry.
Decals: Not microwave safe. Gently handwash with soap. Avoid harsh chemicals.
Ceramic Mugs: Recommend hand wash. Top dishwasher rack only. Microwave safe.
Cancellations/Refunds/Exchanges
Cancellations are accepted within 4 hours of your purchase. Once canceled, you will receive a full refund.
All sales are final, except if you receive damaged goods or there is an error that is our fault, such as the wrong color or the wrong item was sent. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will get you a replacement (or refund if replacement is not possible). Please provide your order number and name in a message.
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for sizing, so size up if you are unsure of the fit or fabric. We cannot accept returns on personalized and sale items.
USPS Lost my package/My items says "delivered" but it's not in my mailbox/My shipping was delayed by USPS
Once your item has shipped, Pheeb's T-Shop no longer has control over it. However, most orders ship with insurance for in case of incidents just like this! Please send a message with your order # as soon as you realize your package is lost. We can work together with USPS to track down or replace your order.
Processing Times
Processing time is the time it takes me to make and prepare your order for shipment. From the date you order until it ships, this is not the same as shipping time.
Current processing times are listed in the announcement section of my shop + the shipping section on each listing.
Business days are Monday through Friday. Holidays observed by USPS are not business days.
