Welcome to K8E studios, I'm just getting started on ETSY but soon will have available pieces of photography, jewelry, original paintings and drawings, and more. Please check back often.

At this time all items will be shipped within 3 business days of order.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
Personalized handstamped or custom items are generally not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Original artworks can be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value if returned in original condition within the first week of ownership.

If the item arrives to you damaged, please contact me so we can work together to fix the issue.

I cannot be held responsible for items which are lost in the mail.
All purchases must be paid within 5 business days of purchase.

I will cancel any purchase that has not yet been personalized, because of the nature of stamped products I will not be able to cancel on personalized or custom orders once I have begun stamping them, or ANY rush item or ANY item that has been shipped.

If you must cancel, please let me know ASAP so that I will not stamp or ship your order.
I ship domestically via USPS only and I ship twice per week (generally Tuesdays and Thursdays).

For an additional fee I can rush any order by priority manufacturing it to your specifications and sending it via your chosen shipment method at your expense.

Message me for information on insuring orders.
Additional policies and FAQs
I gladly accept custom orders and will work with you to create the artwork or jewelry piece of your dreams, but please realize such orders cannot be rushed.

I give discounts for large and group orders, but realize that such orders cannot be rushed and may take longer to receive because I may not have enough stock on hand.

Please realize that handstamped items may contain slight variations because I am not a machine, but a human. These add to the unique character of each piece and should not be considered flaws or faulty craftsmanship.
