Announcement    Hello, we're so happy you found us.
We're a family run cottage business based on the art of Phil Fake.
As you browse our shop you'll see a variety of urban landscapes, still lifes, figure studies, and urban riverscape scenes. Phil created all the original images using either oil on canvas, water color, pencil, pen, chalk, or lithography techniques.

Our family is fortunate to be surrounded by Phil's amazing works so we decided to share this enjoyment with others through Giclee' prints and one-of-a-kind sublimation printed art decor and gifts.

When you purchase a Giclée print from our shop you can be comfortable knowing you own a piece of Gallery quality art. We use a large format printer with 12 colors of pigment-based inks for a sophisticated color range. Your Giclée will be on either acid-free archival rag paper or archival canvas. When properly cared for a Giclée Print will have a life span of over 100 years.

Phil's art work is very vivid on the Decor Tiles. While you browse our shop, please take a moment to enjoy these. There are some fun pieces available as complete mosaics, or you can use one or more tiles as decorations, trivets, coasters, or however you imagine.

Each Print and Gift Item is created with care, by the Fake Family, in our cottage workshop. From the moment of Phil's inspiration, to crafting the image onto a tile or gift, through to how we carefully package your selection for shipping, you'll receive the best artistic talent, craftsmanship, and intentions that we can share.

If you have any questions please message us.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for shopping PhilFakeArtGallery.

About

A family run art business

Hello,
Thank you for checking out our little shop.

Phil has been an artist since he received a paint-by-number set for Christmas as a child. He's been busy painting ever since!

You can see in many of the subjects of his paintings that the twists and turns of our life are intertwined with the river. There's stuff in there about living aboard a WWII Navy boat for many years, said Navy boat capsizing, opening an art gallery, a son named Sailor. . . Art and the river have brought us where we are today, living our best life in a cottage workshop, near the river, where we are inspired to create more art and share those creations with you.

We hope you find something in our shop that will inspire you, give you something to talk about with friends, and that will bring you enjoyment throughout your day.

Best wishes,
The Fake Family

It's in my DNA. As a small child holdling onto moms skirt, I watched dad repair old tube tv's, while mom helped customers, handled finances, and created advertising for our family owned TV Sales and Repair shop.

What a great kid! it wouldn't be a family business without him.
