I ordered the beard kit/with initials on Dec 12, 2020 for my son-in-law. It NEVER arrived (3/5/2021) and still has NOT arrived! Contacted vendor twice with NO response. Would NOT promote, nor support again...have lost $22. Poor business ethics. >:(

Didn't receive item and had zero successful communication with seller. Seller's posted reviews stopped after December 2019 (over a year ago) so I assume he is no longer in business.
